it seems like this past week has been extremely difficult
maybe i had too many good weeks in a row
and the universe was all:
"now that your guard is down . . . here is a bunch of shitty things !"
and it worked

because now i am scared to even lift my head up completely
just in case another giant bag of crap is about to descend from the sky

i had to pay almost $6oo to the department of motor vehicles
i almost lost my license anyway
i have severe insomnia
when i do sleep i have ridiculous dreams
all my friends ditched out on my pseudo birthday
i have had several battles with the boy and feel another one coming on
i am about to lose two weeks of work to go on a trip i can't really afford
and i paper cut three fingers on the same hand today

i get it universe!
i won't be so sure of myself from now on
i let my good luck go to my head
and now i am paying for it
