i aint no damsel in distress

i'm actually feeling pretty good these days folks
the horrible crushing depression hanging over my head has once again lifted
and i'd like to give thanks to white wine for that one
and also drunken nudity
you guys are the best

saturday started off with some baby love
which included an hour long nap snuggled all up in my arms. oh yeah
thats the stuff
next up my friend (and new neighbour) had her house warming party
(this is where the wine came in)
there was much music and dancing and love
(and then the drunken nudity)
and hung over phone calls in the morning begging for breakfast
and even in the clear, painfully bright light of day
i do not not regret the nudity
in fact i think i'd like to do it again
there is much to be said for friendship in the place of 'love'
and booze in the place 'good ideas'

tuesday was another dinner at moms house
this time a mexican theme
followed by more dancing and a lovely conversation with my boss
about how she couldn't live without me
and i'm pretty much amazing, please never leave her
i love those conversations

and in the GOOD NEWS department
and very talented friend of mine has agreed to give me photography lessons!
and he wasn't even the one who got all the naked
and even if i don't remember asking for these lessons *cough*the wine*cough*
i couldn't be more excited and prepared to bombard the internet with my so called 'vision'

i think thats more then enough quotation marks for the day.
